BEHIND MY BEGINNINGS
Like many others, I started from scratch. The main difficulty was that I was very selective about each of my choices. Finding a natural fibre supplier, when it is much easier to buy polyester fibres that are already available in stores. Investing time and energy into handcrafting each piece when it would be much easier to import “made in China” clothing. Taking the time to think, calculate, and put my ideas down on paper to design my patterns, logos, and texts, when artificial intelligence is now omnipresent in society.
BEHIND MY EVOLUTION
Since I never studied fashion, entrepreneurship, or pattern making, my pieces are above all the result of my curiosity; trying new things, failing, and starting over to understand and learn. Honestly, I do not believe that I have less know-how, but rather that it develops through practice, trials and errors. Several prototypes went through several different materials before I realized that they were not the most suitable. Often, I had to make, unmake, and then make them again. Patience is the key element in the evolution of my brand.
BEHIND THE PRICE
When figuring out the price of a piece, I consider the cost and quality of the material, the time and complexity of production, and the profit margin I want to make. I also consider the quantity produced, because by producing my pieces in limited quantities, I create a certain sense of rarity around each of them, while encouraging more thoughtful and responsible consumption. At the same time, I want those who have fewer financial means and who share the same values as me to be able to embrace slow fashion. For this reason, my prices stay transparent, reflecting the full cost of production while staying accessible.

Behind all these efforts, I aspire to become a source of inspiration both for those who want to create something that reflects their values and for those who want to support these people by seeking to protect the earth or support a cause!
